ALOOOOOOOHAAAAAA Day 1

Well I am back. You didn't even know I went anywhere! But I did. I went to Hawaii. Can I get an Aloooooooha! And after a 13 hour travel day yesterday, 3 days of food poisoning, a 12 hour tour of the island, I would say this trip was an A+. But I'm getting ahead of myself. Lets start with day number 1.

It started off with a travel day on Monday...

I love to ride in planes, but not as much as I love boats. But its pretty close. I think the tickle feeling I get in my tummy.

The paparazzi followed us off the plane. My dad found a plane dedicated to DISNEYLAND. I sat next to the woman with the scarf over her face for 5 hours. We spotted hawaiian royalty...or he may have just been a man selling trinkets.  And got a lei greeting, which was actually just my mom kissing our cheeks and giving us a lei. Cause the actual people who were supposed to greet us didn't show up...

We then proceeded to find food. At Huggos, where the ground is made of sand!

We also found a live band there, and look at that! My parents. Dad is looking good in moms glasses.

We departed away from Huggos and were stopped by the beautiful hawaiian sunset.

Holding the sun in our hands was my dad's vision. He is an artist!

And day one in hawaii is done and gone in a flash!

7 finals down and 2 more to go. I am on the home stretch.

1. While most college student go to their finals in sweats we have to dress up for our final presentations, which we have in every class. Every. Time.

2 & 3. This is my CAD (computer aided fashion design) final. It was inspired by summer love and 1940's/1950's.

4. I even had time to make a Pinterest recipe today. Lemon Brownies. and WOW! I died when I ate them and the raspberries were the perfect addition.

I have been prepping/ doing finals all this week so far and I needed a break to just laugh and have fun...and also to eat. So my friend, Megan, and I went to The Grove today and ate a delicious linner ( lunch and dinner) and The Cheesecake Factory.

We had num num in my tum tum food and a much deserved break.
