Let me just start by saying that Easter was wonderful. I was surrounded by my friends all day and I couldn't have come up with a better day if I tried. I started the day off by having a breakfast for my friends in my apartment.
I made a potato hash, with blueberry muffins, fruit cups and, passion tea lemonade. I made all my decorations, with the exception of the eggs, from paper.
After that my two friends and I went to church! I was so excited to have them come with me. We got there a little early so we walked over to the temple and took a few pictures in our Easter dresses. Also, note my lovely apron from earlier in the day, I was feeling quite like a housewife while preparing my breakfast.
The dress I am wearing I made just for Easter. I started it a long time ago, but I was able to finish it just in time! I got the fabric from the fashion district and used an old pattern that I had. I think it ended up costing 10 dollars. Holla at yo girl for makin' it cheap!!
Later that night we went back to the visitors center at the temple for an Easter fireside, which was so beautiful. This was by far an Easter that I will remember for a long time. It was so full of love and happiness.
